We are pleased to offer a dedicated wellness experience exclusively for the residents of One Sydney Harbour.

Our tailored classes focus on building strength, restoring energy, and creating balance - all within the comfort of your community.

All classes are open to all levels, whether you're just beginning or have an established practice. Our teachers provide guidance and options so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Sessions take place at The Sanctuary, Level 2 of Residence 2.
