Sophie founded pacifique yoga in 2023, driven by her desire to share her love for yoga and its positive impact.

Through physical postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), and meditation, yoga encourages a deeper connection to ourselves, promoting mindfulness and well-being.

About Sophie

Originally from France and now living in Sydney, Australia, Sophie has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and is passionate about exploring, learning, and sharing yoga’s transformative effects on the body and mind. Being completely absorbed in the moment and letting go of expectations of perfection.

She loves to thoughtfully design classes for all levels and abilities. With a kind and playful approach, her aim is to facilitate a practice encouraging a sense of coming home to yourself.

As a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training and registered with Yoga Australia, Sophie currently teaches at a variety of gyms and studios across Sydney, alongside offering corporate and private classes.
